A dream I had for a long time was to buy a house for my family. But it seemed impossible when I thought about how hard it would be to save up for a down payment and pay my mortgage. I thought the thought of owning a home was so far away that I almost gave up and decided it was not possible.

My journey began with a simple yet powerful strategy: renting a single-family home and subletting it to corporate clients. This approach allowed me to generate more income than I ever imagined. Before long, I was able to quit my 9-to-5 job and focus on building a business that not only provided for my family but also allowed me to achieve the dream of homeownership.
